We tour what's worth your time. For houses, I'll negotiate where possible. Nothing's guaranteed — but you'll have someone in your corner.

The intake is just information. You'll acknowledge the TREC IABS notice and a wire-fraud warning — those are required disclosures, not contracts. The Tenant Representation Agreement only gets signed when we're ready to tour, and I can email/text you the link so you can review on your own time.
