Austin Rental Concierge is operated by Ariel Steinberg, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by eXp Realty, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website and services.

  • Contact info you provide on intake forms: name, email, phone, preferred contact method.
  • Search criteria: budget, neighborhoods, move dates, space requirements, and notes.
  • Documents you upload (e.g., signed agreements, disclosures).
  • Usage data: pages viewed, basic device and browser information, and approximate location from IP.

3. How we use your information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide real estate services.
  • Send transactional messages, updates, and—if you consent—SMS notifications about your search.
  • Match you with partner agents or properties that fit your criteria.
  • Maintain records required by Texas real estate law and our broker.
  • Improve our website and services.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive transactional and informational SMS related to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide our services:

  • With eXp Realty, LLC (our sponsoring broker) and partner agents we refer you to.
  • With service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email, SMS, e-signature, CRM).
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain client records for as long as required by Texas Real Estate Commission rules and applicable law (typically at least four years), and otherwise only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

  • You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  • You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
