Intake
Answer a few thoughtful questions about your timing, budget, neighborhoods, and lifestyle — so we only spend time on homes that actually fit. Takes about five minutes.

A guided, no-friction rental experience for newcomers and long-time Austinites. Tell us what you need and Ariel curates the rest.
How it works
Answer a few thoughtful questions about your timing, budget, neighborhoods, and lifestyle — so we only spend time on homes that actually fit. Takes about five minutes.
Right after intake you'll review the TREC IABS notice and the wire-fraud warning, and acknowledge each one. No contracts here — just the disclosures Texas requires before we work together.
When we're ready to schedule your first showing, you'll sign the Tenant Representation Agreement. Then Ariel sends a short, hand-picked list and books tours on your schedule.
Renter-first
There's nothing better than watching a client's shoulders drop the moment they walk into the right place — that's the search I'm here to run for you.
Time-respecting
Whether it's a house or an apartment, I focus the search on places that actually fit — including complexes running specials or with the features you want.
Texas-compliant
IABS, representation, and wire-fraud safeguards handled before you ever set foot in a property.
The honest part
Doing right by you means being upfront. If your situation needs a specialist, I have trusted partners and I'll connect you directly.
A great fit
Better with a specialist
Reach out anyway — I'll personally connect you with an Austin agent who specializes in second-chance placements.
Free resource
Use Midomo — a free tool that estimates the home price range that fits your income, debts, and down payment. A great place to start before talking to a lender.

About five minutes. You can save your spot by submitting and following up later if you need to gather details like move-in date or budget range.
No. The intake itself is just information. After you submit, you'll acknowledge the TREC IABS notice and a wire-fraud warning — those are required disclosures, not contracts.
Only when we're ready to schedule your first showing. Texas requires a signed representation agreement before an agent can tour properties with you, so Ariel will send the signing link at that point.
Ariel helps you find the right place — house or apartment — by surfacing complexes running specials, matching the features you want, and booking tours on your schedule. For houses, she'll work to make the process smooth and negotiate a lower rate where possible (not guaranteed).
Reach out anyway. Ariel will personally connect you with a trusted Austin agent who specializes in second-chance placements.
Here's the whole process: fill out the five-minute intake, acknowledge the TREC IABS notice and wire-fraud warning, and Ariel reaches out the same day with next steps. You'll only sign the Tenant Representation Agreement when we're ready to schedule your first showing — no commitment up front.

Texas law requires all real estate license holders to give the following information about brokerage services to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords. TYPES OF REAL ESTATE LICENSE HOLDERS: • A BROKER is responsible for all brokerage activities, including acts performed by sales agents sponsored by the broker. • A SALES AGENT must be sponsored by a broker and works with clients on behalf of the broker. A BROKER'S MINIMUM DUTIES REQUIRED BY LAW (a client is the person or party the broker represents): • Put the interests of the client above all others, including the broker's own interests; • Inform the client of any material information about the property or transaction received by the broker; • Answer the client's questions and present any offer to or counter-offer from the client; • Treat all parties to a real estate transaction honestly and fairly. A LICENSE HOLDER CAN REPRESENT A PARTY in a real estate transaction: • AS AGENT FOR OWNER (SELLER/LANDLORD): The broker becomes the property owner's agent through an agreement with the owner. • AS AGENT FOR BUYER/TENANT: The broker becomes the buyer/tenant's agent by agreeing to represent the buyer. • AS AGENT FOR BOTH — INTERMEDIARY: To act as an intermediary, a broker must first obtain the written agreement of each party to the transaction. • AS SUBAGENT: A license holder acts as a subagent when aiding a buyer in a transaction without an agreement to represent the buyer. TO AVOID DISPUTES, ALL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND A BROKER SHOULD BE IN WRITING AND CLEARLY ESTABLISH: • The broker's duties and responsibilities to you, and your obligations under the representation agreement. • Who will pay the broker for services provided to you, when payment will be made and how the payment will be calculated. LICENSE HOLDER CONTACT INFORMATION: Broker: eXp Realty, LLC | Sales Agent: Ariel Steinberg (TREC License #840976) By signing below, you acknowledge receipt of this notice for your records.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Wire fraud and email hacking are increasingly common in real estate transactions. Criminals may attempt to impersonate your agent, broker, title company, or landlord and send fraudulent wiring instructions that divert your funds to an account they control. TO PROTECT YOURSELF: 1. NEVER trust wiring instructions sent via email. Email accounts are routinely hacked. 2. ALWAYS verify wiring instructions verbally by calling a known, trusted phone number (not one provided in the email). 3. CONFIRM the recipient's name and account number with the title company, landlord, or property manager before sending any funds. 4. BE SUSPICIOUS of any last-minute changes to wiring instructions, urgent requests, or instructions to wire to a different bank. 5. If you are asked to wire deposit or rent funds, call Ariel Steinberg directly to verify the instructions before sending. IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUD, immediately contact your bank, Ariel Steinberg, and the local FBI office. Time is critical — funds can sometimes be recovered if reported quickly. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this warning and agree to take reasonable steps to verify any wiring instructions you receive in connection with your rental transaction.
These are required Texas disclosures — not contracts. You'll formally acknowledge them as part of the intake.
